What a beautiful day today--I took the opportunity to get out today and meet some of the local folks in Beverly, Massachusetts!!

Here is what happened. I took the picture and a couple comes up behind me and the wife says "what are you doing?" My reply was "I'm taking a pictures of a very beautiful home". Oh she says, "That is my home"; what will you do with it? I am going to post it on my website and share it with my followers. "Oh, who do you work for?" "I work for J Barrett & Company" and I've been door knocking the Cove all morning...it is hard for buyers to find a home in today's market." "Oh, I don't know anyone selling right now, but if you give me your card--I can call you if I hear of anyone".
All of my conversations today went just like this!! So many nice people in Beverly to talk to about real estate.

The purpose of my stop on Lothrop Street, Beverly today was to get a picture of Independence Park in Beverly, MA. The picture (below) came out pretty good, what do you think?
Beverly, Massachusetts has sooooo much to offer! There is a new middle school, high school, art district, and restaurant district...Even Rantoul Street is awesome--love that Italian Restaurant...Toscana Bar Italiano.
