Sold a Condo in 2014 for approximately $100K in Ipswich, MA.
About two years ago I asked Kathleen to place my condo on the market. She advised me not to, as the market was just starting to turn around, and she felt I would be able to "do better" if I could wait. I did wait. In the meantime, I moved to Arizona and rented out the condo. As the tenant was unreliable, I decided it was time to sell. Kathleen took it upon herself to clean the condo and prepare it for sale all on her own time, and in June 2014, Kathleen placed my condo on the market on a Saturday, had an open house the next day. On Monday, she had two offers, both of which were at full asking price. This couldn't have happened without her assistance and dedication to make this happen. She took on responsibilities that I could not as I was not in the area, such as deep cleaning the condo, making repairs, arranging inspections, providing necessary corrections to allow for inspections to pass, and so much more. She is a blessing... but more importantly, she is a spectacular, honest, HARD WORKING real estate PROFESSIONAL.

Kathleen is awesome! She helped us find the exact home we were looking for. We met her once and immediate liked her attitude. We met once and told her exactly what we were looking for and that it would be about a year before we were financially ready. She knew we were also watching the listings and the only time she pinged us is for a house was the exact thing we were looking for, as soon as it was on the market. She had local connections that were priceless in the process. We had inside scoop on the neighborhood and everything. When the seller was less than professional and throwing up tons of roadblocks, she was with us every step of the way fighting tooth and nail for the house we decided on.
