Home Values Are UP!!!

Some Highlights:
Across the country, home prices are up by 5.67%.

Each state is appreciating at a different rate, however, which is important to realize if you plan on relocating to a different state. Massachusetts is up 4.3%.

Regionally, prices have appreciated year-over-year by as high as 8.15%.

As we have been discussing in our recent blogs, in the Massachusetts, specifically Essex County home prices are increasing due to the lack of inventory. Buyers are driving the prices up in an effort to out bid other buyers and purchase their dream home.

You must remember one key factor in this market. Don't be desperate, don't purchase a home that may be difficult to sell in the future...what is going on today will change, as the real estate market always does!
