The most sales occurred between
$300,000 and 399,999 with the number being
11 single-family homes sold.
There are some interesting facts associated with these sales… Most of these homes sold within 4-11 days,
there are a few exceptions; with the same old story being if you price your
home appropriately to the market conditions, your home will sell quickly!!
My current opinion on this is
that if you are selling a home, make sure you home is prepared for sale; price it
just under market value. (However this decision is always yours) If you home looks great and is in a fairly
good location, you will create a FRENZIE in the market. Buyers are competing for
homes in this price range ($300k - $400k).
One buyer will not know what the other buyer is offering and if they
really really want your home, they will try their damnedest to outbid the other
buyers.

Let’s take a look at the top side
of the market in the range of $700,000 -- $899,999. In the month of March in this category the
homes were on market for an average of 203 day.
I also noted that these homes sold for less than the listing price.
The moral of
this story is that every price range is different. You need to have an expert REALTOR® on your
side to guide you through the sale of your home. If you have plans and your home is in the
higher price range, we need to present a strategy for you that will get
your home sold within your time frame!
