To know when the right time is to put your home on the market, watch the market and take notice of what is going on in the marketplace. Joseph and I, we have our fingers right on the pulse and this is what we are seeing. Homes that are priced correctly are selling very quickly. As a matter of fact, one of my buyers called me this morning and wanted me to schedule a showing for a property that has been on-market for exactly 5 days. When I went to make the arrangements for this--low and behold, the property went under agreement in 4 days. Can you believe that, 4 days.
Here is what has happened inventories are low (below 6 months inventory), buyers are out there in large numbers, interest rates responded to the stock market and went lower than expected in Q1.

As I stated in the video, you do need to price your home at the right price in order to sell your home quickly. I by no means suggest you under price it -- unless you want a bidding war -- but price it correctly!
